WHEN IS THE CLOSING DATE FOR BOOKING?
Closing time is 5 days before ETA of vessel (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Once booking confirmed, and want to make cancellation, a penalty charges will be imposed.
CAN I PUT MY PERSONAL BELONGING INSIDE THE VEHICLE?
Yes, you may put your personal belonging inside the car without any charges but must have inform early when closing date booking.
CAN I CLAIM FOR ANY LOSS ON MY PERSONAL BELONGING INSIDE THE CAR?
All personal belonging are at “Owner Risk”. Carrier or agents cannot be held responsible for any losses or damaged occurred during the transit.
